矿井一体化智能通信终端的研究与设计 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前井下作业人员携带的设备较多、设备功能单一以及智能化程度较低等问题,提出了利用机电一体化技术和安卓系统多线程机制实现井下照明、通话调度、人员定位、环境参数检测以及拍照摄像功能有机融合的矿井一体化智能通信终端(以下简称智能终端),介绍了该终端的总体设计,详细阐述了该终端的硬件设计和软件设计。实际工业性试验表明,该终端借助井下物联网条件,可在线传输文本、图片、视频信息到井上服务器,能够为井下作业和安全预警提供指导和数据支持。 At present,underground work personnel carried too many devices with single function and low intelligence degree,in view of above problems,mechatronics technique and multithread mechanism of Android system were proposed to realize the mine integrated intelligent communication terminal with underground lighting,call scheduling,personnel positioning,environmental parameters detection and photograph and video function,and the overall design,hardware and software design of the terminal were introduced and elaborated.The practical industrial tests showed that the terminal with the aid of the underground Internet of Things,the terminal could transmit text,picture and video information onto the well server online and provide guidance and data support for underground operation and safety early-warning.
