纯电动防爆车辆AMT换挡控制机理的研究

摘要 分析了纯电动防爆车辆AMT换挡控制机理,建立了换挡各阶段AMT变速箱输入轴和输出轴的动力学方程以及换档冲击度数学表达式,并提出了对应的控制方法及控制策略。为了验证控制策略的正确性,搭建了固定速比驱动车辆与AMT变速驱动车辆MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,按照山西中煤华晋能源有限责任公司王家岭煤矿(以下简称王家岭煤矿)辅助运输大巷路谱进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明,AMT换挡最大冲击度为7.24m/s^3,制定的控制策略能很好地实现挡位的自动平顺切换。整车性能试验结果表明,采用AMT变速驱动车辆防爆驱动电机额定功率下降了18kW,能耗降低了5.9kW/h,续航里程延长了7.1km。 The authors analyzed AMT gear-shifting control mechanism of pure electronic explosion-proof vehicle,established the dynamics equation of input shaft and output shaft of AMT transmission and the mathematical expression of shift shock extent in each stage of the shifting process,and put forward the corresponding control method and control strategy.In order to verify the validity of the control strategy,the MATLAB/Simulin simulation model of fixed radio drive vehicle and AMT variable-speed drive vehicle was built and then used for simulation calculation based on the road spectrum of the auxiliary main transportation roadway of Wanjialing Coal Mine.The simulation results showed that the maximum shock extent of AMT shifting process was 7.24 m/s^3,and the control strategy could well achieve automatic and smooth gear shifting.Vehicle performance test results showed that rated power of explosion-proof drive motor of the AMT variable-speed drive vehicle declined by 18 kW,and the energy consumption decreased by 5.9 kW/h and the endurance mileage increased by 7.1 km.
