煤矿地下水库矿井水中溶解性有机质变化特征的研究 被引量:15

摘要 煤矿地下水库利用采空区冒落岩体的过滤、吸附和离子交换等固液耦合作用来净化矿井水,通过三维荧光光谱分析煤矿地下水矿井水中溶解性有机物的组成结构、变化特征及来源。经过对煤矿地下水库进出水的TOC和UV254分析,表明煤矿地下水库对矿井水有较好的去除效果。三维荧光光谱显示,地下水库进水中有2类DOM,分别是紫外区类富里酸和可见区类色氨酸。经过煤矿地下水库的处理,矿井水中紫外区类富里酸和可见区类富里酸的荧光强度明显降低,在出水中出现了紫外区类色氨酸,说明矿井水在处理过程中受到微生物的影响。煤矿地下水库矿井水中的DOM既有内源输入又有外源输入,而且类蛋白组分占DOM比重较高。 The underground reservoirs of coal mine make use of purifying mine water through solid-liquid coupling effects such as filtration,adsorption and ion exchange in the goaf.The authors analyzed the composition,change features and source of dissolved organic matter of mine water in coal mine's underground reservoir by using three-dimensional fluorescence spectra.According to TOC and UV254 analysis,the underground reservoir of coal mine had great removal effect on mine water.The three-dimensional fluorescence spectra showed that there were UV-fulvic-like fluorescence and visible fulvic-like tryptophan 2 kinds of DOM in mine inlet,after the treatment of underground reservoirs in coal mines,the fluorescence intensity of UV-fulvic-like fluorescence and visible fulvic-like tryptophan decreased obviously,but the UV-fulvic-like fluorescence appeared in the effluent which indicating that the mine water was affected by the microorganism during the process of treatment.DOM in mine water of underground reservoir of coal mine had both internal and external input,and the proportion of protein like components was higher in DOM.
