Management tools are increasingly diversified. Inspired by this phenomenon, this paper discusses the composition of management co-evolutionary body and the evolutionary motivations of management tools from the perspective of evolutionism. The paper draws the conclusion that the attributes of management discipline are closer to those of technical discipline. This kind of thinking helps us rediscover the significance of teaching and scientific research activities in this subject.
