玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维再生混凝土粘结性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 玄武岩纤维增强复合筋具有较好的耐腐蚀性,但是冻融破坏会导致其与混凝土间的粘结性能下降。基于国内外研究现状,采用普通中心拔拉试验对混杂纤维再生混凝土与复合筋间的粘结性能进行研究。分析了冻融循环次数、玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维掺量对粘结性能的影响。研究表明:玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维掺入再生混凝土后,复合筋与混凝土间的粘结强度有所下降,但混凝土的延性有所提高;纤维掺量过多不利于提高复合筋与混凝土间的粘结强度;随着冻融次数的增加,粘结应力峰值逐渐提高,试件发生劈裂破坏。 The basalt fiber reinforcement (BFPR) has good corrosion resistance,but the freezing and thawing damage will lead to the decrease of the bond property between it and the concrete. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,the bonding properties of hybrid fiber recycled concrete and basalt fiber reinforcement are studied by the common center pulling test. The effects of the number of freezing thawing cycles and the amount of basalt polypropylene hybrid fiber on the bonding properties were analyzed. The results show that the bonding strength of basalt fiber reinforced between reinforcement and concrete will de- crease after adding basalt polypropylene hybrid fiber, but the ductility of concrete is improved. Excessive fiber content is not con- ducive to impmving the bonding strength between the reinforcement and concrete. With the increase of freezing and thawing times, the peak value of bond stress increases gradually, and test specimen occurs split damage.
