摘要 研究了胶砂比、水泥用量和膨润土掺量对水泥基盾构同步注浆材料基本性能、填充性能与抗水分散性能的影响,结果表明,随着水胶比的增大,水泥基注浆材料浆液的稠度和泌水率增加,抗压强度降低,分层度变化不大;随着膨润土掺量的增加,水泥基注浆材料浆液的泌水率降低;结石率可用于评价注浆材料的填充性能;水陆强度比宜作为注浆材料抗水分散性的评价指标。 The effects of the cement-sand ratios, cement contents and bentonite contents on the basic properties, filling proper- ty, underwater anti-dispersible property of cement-based shield simultaneous grouting material were resesarched. The research results showed that: with the increase of water-binder ratio, consistency and bleeding rate increased, and compressive strength decreased,and segregation degree changed little. With the increase of bentonite contents, bleeding rate decreased. Hardening rate can be used to evaluate the filling property of simultaneous grouting material, and land and water strength ratio should be a better index to evalu- ate the underwater anti-dispersible property of simultaneous grouting material.
