摘要 针对绿色韧性水泥基材料(GTCC)进行硫酸盐干湿循环和湿循环腐蚀试验,研究不同的水胶比和PVA纤维掺量对GTCC抗腐蚀性及自愈合性能的影响。结果表明:适宜掺量的PVA可以有效改善GTCC在干湿循环环境下的抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能,并且提高湿循环硫酸盐环境下GTCC的自愈合性能;水胶比的增大以及腐蚀周期的延长均会使GTCC的抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能降低。 The corrosion resistance performance of green toughness cementitious composites(GTCC) was studied through sulfate dry-wet circulation and wet cycle corrosion tests, in order to study the effect of different water cement ratio and PVA fiber content on the corrosion resistance and self-healing properties of the new material. The results show that the use of a reasonable volume content of PVA fiber in the material can effectively improve the sulfate corrosion resistance performance under the dry-wet circu- lation environment and improve the self-healing properties under the wet cycle sulfate environment of the material. The increase of the water cement ratio and extension of corrosion cycle growth both will reduce the sulfate corrosion resistance performance of the material.
