摘要
研究了铜渣二次尾矿作为硅质原料制备蒸压加气混凝土的可行性,得出了合理的工艺参数:水料比为0.55,搅拌水温度为55℃,铝粉掺量为0.08%,二次尾矿掺量为50%,在蒸压温度为195℃时,所制备的加气混凝土平均密度为604.86 kg/m^3,平均抗压强度为4.17 MPa,达到A3.5、B06级加气混凝土合格品要求。物相分析显示,所制备的加气混凝土中主要结晶相为托贝莫来石、硬石膏、残留的石英及来自原始铜渣二次尾矿中的残留矿物。
The feasibility of preparing autoclaved aerated concrete using copper tailings as main siliceous materials was stud- ied. After a series of experiments,the optimum parameter of AAC were obtained as follows:ratio of water was 0.55,water tempera- ture was 55 ℃,A1 powder was 0.08% and tailings was 50%. When the autoclave temperature was 195 ℃,the average compressive strength and dry bulk density of aerated concrete block were 4.17 MPa and 604.86 kg/m3,which can reach the requirements of A3.5,B06 level of AAC product. Microstructure analyses show that the main crystalline phases in the AAC sample are tobermorite, anhydrite, residual quartz and residual minerals from copper slag secondary tailings.
