摘要
建筑构件连接处防水密封膏的研制方法包括改性沥青乳化及防水密封膏配制2个步骤。首先将石油沥青、非硫化橡胶、热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)等多种成分加入反应釜中,加热搅拌,研磨分散,通过乳化等工艺制成乳化沥青,然后在乳化沥青中添加方解石粉、外加剂等制成防水密封膏。测试结果表明,防水密封膏与水泥砂浆、玻璃、塑料、铝板等多种材质粘结牢固,同步固化粘结强度大于0.5 MPa,80℃无流淌、-10℃弯折无裂纹,综合性能优异。
This paper discusses the development method of waterproofing sealant for building component junction,including two steps of modified asphalt emulsification and waterproofing sealant preparation. First of all,asphalt,non vulcanized rubber, SBS and other ingredients are added into the reactor. After heating, mixing,grinding and dispersing,and using the colloid mill,emulsifier and other processes to produce emulsified asphalt. Then,the waterproofing sealant is made by adding calcite powder, admixture and oth- er processes into the emulsified asphalt. The test shows that the waterproofing sealant is firmly bonded with cement mortar, glass, plastic, aluminum plate and so on. The synchronous solidified bonding strength is more than 0.5 MPa, no flowing at 80 ℃,no crack- ing at -10℃,and has excellent comprehensive performance.
