Data Resources Sharing Relationship and Modeling Analysis in Big Data Alliance

[目的 /意义]大数据联盟是我国实施大数据战略的重要载体,研究大数据联盟中多主体间的数据资源共享关系能促进大数据联盟的良性发展。[方法 /过程]运用共生理论,将大数据联盟数据资源共享关系划分为核心成员—核心成员数据资源共享关系、核心成员—非核心成员数据资源共享关系、非核心成员—非核心成员数据资源共享关系,基于改进的Lotka-Volterra模型分别构建了不同关系模式下数据资源共享模型,并进行仿真研究。[结果 /结论]数据资源共享过程与数据资源共享系数、最大数据资源存量及数据资源增长速度紧密相关,其中,数据资源共享系数、最大数据资源存量直接影响成员间数据资源共享均衡点取值。最后,提出促进大数据联盟数据资源共享的策略。

[Purpose/significance] Big data alliance is an important carrier of implementing big data strategy in China. Studying the data resources sharing relationship among multi-agents in big data alliance can promote the healthy development of big data alliance. [Method/process]Using the symbiosis theory,the data resources sharing relationship in big data alliance is classified into sharing among core member and core member,sharing among core member and non-core member,sharing among non-core member and non-core member. Based on the improved Lotka-Volterra model,the data resources sharing models under different relationships are constructed and simulated. [Result/conclusion]The results of simulation show that data resource sharing process is closely related to data resource sharing coefficient,maximum data resource stock and data resource growth rate,in which data resource sharing coefficient and maximum data resource stock directly affect the equilibrium point of data resource sharing. Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting data resource sharing in big data alliance.
