迄今为止，骨折内固定术后感染仍为骨科医生所面临的最具挑战性的疾病之一，该病治疗棘手、复发率高、致残率高、医疗费用高，严重影响患者身心健康。早期诊断与恰当治疗是提高治愈率、改善患者生活质量的关键，本文就近期骨折内固定术后感染相关的临床研究做一综述。

Up till now, infection after fracture fixation has remained one of the most challenging disorders for orthopaedists. Clinical treatment of this disorder is often intractable, owing to its high risks of re-infection and disability and huge medical costs as well which can do a great deal of harm to the physical and mental health of its victims. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of the disorder are crucial to an in-creased curative rate and improved quality of life for the patients. This article presents an update overview on the progress in clinical investigations regarding infection after fracture fixation.
