摘要
建立了以空气—乙炔为火焰检测条件,利用原子吸收分光光度法测定氢氧化镁中钙含量的新方法.取配制好的供试品溶液和钙对照品溶液,采用钙—空心阴极灯及空气—乙炔火焰,以空白溶液为空白,在波长422.7nm处按照原子吸收分光光度法测定溶液的吸光度.结果表明,溶液质量浓度在5.0~25.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r达到0.999,重复性、准确度及耐用性试验结果均在范围内,数据对比结果一致.
A new method for the determination of calcium in magnesium hydroxide by flame acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry has been established.The prepared solution and calcium control solution were taken with calcium-hollow cathode lamp,air-acetylene as flame,blank solution and atomic absorption spectrophotometry at wavelength 422.7 nm to determine the absorbance of the solution.The results show that the solution mass concentration in the range of5.0—25.0μg/mL has a good linear relationship;the correlation coefficient r reaches 0.999;repeatability,accuracy and durability test results are within the range;the data comparison results are consistent.
