摘要
以对硝基苯甲醚为原料,采用工业副产硫氢化钠溶液连续还原生产对氨基苯甲醚的工艺,对硝基苯甲醚转化率可以达到100%,产品收率96.64%以上,产品纯度99.42%.采用工业副产硫氢化钠溶液连续还原生产对氨基苯甲醚工艺,提升了对氨基苯甲醚生产装置的技术水平,实现了自动化、清洁化生产.
Continuous reduction process is researched on production of p-aminoanisole by using sodium hydrosulfide solution of industrial by-product and p-nitroanisole as raw material.In this way,conversion rate of p-nitroanisole,product yield,and product purity can reach to 100%,96.64%,and 99.42%respectively.The technological process is of great significance to improve technical level of p-aminoanisole production equipment,automation and clean production.
