Example Research on the Environmental Disaster Risks Caused by Earthquake:Taking Lianyungang Chemical Industrial Park as the Research Object

从全球范围来看,Natech事件是普遍存在的,它会对公众生命安全、经济财产和生态环境产生巨大影响,其中最典型、最常见的Natech事件是自然灾害引发的环境灾害事故.选取自然灾害中地震风险高且化工园区对二甲苯储量较大的沿海城市连云港市为研究区域,从灾害链的角度对Natech事件环境风险进行定量分析研究,并根据分析结果,提出应对Natech事件的相关举措.

In the foreign research of recent years,more and more importance has been attached to the disaster study of Natech events,and this study is gradually becoming a hotspot in the field of disaster research and risk assessment.Globally,Natech events are ubiquitous and have huge influence on public life security,economic property and ecological environment.Among these Natech events,the most typical and most common one is the environmental disaster caused by natural disasters.The environmental risk of Natech events is quantitatively analyzed and studied from the perspective of disaster chain.In this paper,Lianyungang city was selected as the research area because of its high risk of earthquake and large storage of PX in petrochemical enterprises.And then,according to the analysis results,the relevant measures are put forward to deal with Natech events.
