基于热带风暴“三巴”的台风浪数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Typhoon Waves Based on the Tropical Storm “Sanba”

利用第三代海浪模式WAVEWATCHⅢ构建二重嵌套台风浪模型,采用NCEP分析风场为驱动场,以热带风暴"三巴"为例将模式运用到中国近海台风浪模拟中,采用美国国家海洋和大气管理局(NOAA)再分析数据(有效波高)作为对比对象.验证结果表明,该模式能较好地反映中国近海海域台风浪过程,同时说明NCEP分析风场适用于该海域波浪数值研究.

This paper uses the NCEP reanalysis data of wind field as a driver,to establish a nested typhoon wave numerical simulation model based the third-generation wave model WAVEWATCHⅢ.Taking the tropical storm of＂Sanba＂as an example,the NOAA reanalysis wave elements data（significant wave height）are compared with the simulated results of the wave model WAVEWATCHⅢ.The verification results show that the model can better reflect the typhoon wave process in the sea area,and the NCEP analysis wind field is suitable for the wave numerical study in China offshore waters.
