摘要
根据江苏省海洋滩涂资源环境监视监测能力发展需要,基于地理信息系统设计了江苏省海洋滩涂环境资源数据管理系统.该系统有效整合海洋滩涂资源环境监测数据管理与海洋环境质量评价,通过地图显示、数据查询与分析、环境质量评价,实现资源环境状况的实时展示以及海洋环境监测数据的科学高效管理,为江苏省海洋滩涂资源环境的保护、管理、规划与决策提供直观、精确、及时、高效的手段.
Based on GIS(geographic information system),the management system of Jiangsu tidal flat environmental data was designed to meet the ability development of Jiangsu tidal flat resources and environmental monitoring.Through the map display,data query and analysis,environmental quality assessment,the system combined with environmental monitoring data management and environmental quality assessment realized the scientific and efficient management of the marine environmental monitoring data and the real-time display of the environmental circumstance.The system provided intuitive,accurate,timely and efficient means for the environmental protection,management,programming and decision-making of the tidal flats in Jiangsu province.
