摘要 在外场条件下对低信噪比激光信号的功率测量对空间激光通信领域的研制开发至关重要,提升系统的测量精度及环境适应性对该领域的研究具有现实而重要的意义。分析了现有基于相关双采样原理的系统测量结果波动较大的原因,并据此提出一种基于电荷积分技术的相关双采样激光功率测量方案。对其原理进行分析,并通过实验验证了此种方案的有效性。实验结果表明,在被测光信号的信噪比为-17.3d B的情况下,系统的测量结果不确定度下降至原系统的64%。 Measurement of low SNR laser power in outfield is critical for space laser communication. Hence,the research on improvement of measurement accuracy and environmental adaptation is of great significance. The reason why there is larger fluctuation in the measurement results of the existing system based on correlated double sampling is discussed and a novel improvement scheme is correspondingly proposed. The principle of the proposed scheme is presented and some experiments are also carried out to validate the scheme. The experimental results show that the measurement uncertainty of the proposed scheme can be reduced to 64% of that of the existing system under the same experimental conditions.
