具有频率转换机制的激光器的回馈效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 激光回馈测量技术具有装置简单紧凑,易准直,高分辨率和高灵敏度等优点,在精密测量领域独树一帜。目前激光回馈研究集中在常规结构激光器,即内腔除增益介质之外不含其它光学元件,而内腔具有频率转换元件结构的激光器的回馈研究尚未见报道。本文基于三镜腔模型,分析了此类激光器的回馈效应,并通过实验验证。本文为激光回馈相关研究提供了有效参考及理论依据。 The laser feedback measurement technology has the advantages of simple and compact device,easy collimation,high resolution and high sensitivity,and is unique in the field of precision measurement. At present,laser feedback research focuses on conventional structure lasers,that is,the cavity does not contain other optical components except the gain medium,and the feedback research of the laser with the frequency conversion element structure in the inner cavity has not been reported yet. Based on the three-mirror cavity model,the feedback effect of such lasers is analyzed and verified by experiments. This paper provides an effective reference and theoretical basis for laser feedback related research.
