毫秒激光与纳秒激光焊接密封性对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对0.07mm不锈钢密封焊接后变形大的问题,分别采用毫秒激光和纳秒激光进行激光焊接实验,通过对激光焊接设备参数和焊接工艺参数优化,进行焊接密封性、激光焊点重叠率及焊缝切片对比实验。实验测试结果表明,纳秒激光焊点的重叠率达到35%,即可满足焊接密封性,焊接后变形量小于0.03mm。由此得出,对搭接焊接厚度0.07mm的不锈钢,在保证焊接密封性及变形量小于0.05mm要求时,采用纳秒激光焊接是最佳的工艺选择。 For the problems of serious deformation after laser welding about stainless steel on 0. 07 mm,the millisecond laser and the nanosecond laser were used for the laser welding experiments. Through the optimized process of welding equipment and process parameters,the sealed,overlapping ratio and cross section had been tested. The testing results showed that,using nanosecond laser welding,the overlapping ratio of spots was 35%,which met the demand of sealed and the deformation after welding was less than 0. 03 mm. For the welding of stainless steel in 0. 07 mm,to meet the demand of sealed and deformation was less than 0. 05,the nanosecond laser welding was the best choice.
