摘要
大学教师教学发展是确保大学质量和支持大学教学改革的主要策略。近年来,各大学先后建立起教师教学发展的实体性组织以支持与服务于教师教学发展。但传统实体组织自身存在的一些局限一定程度上影响和制约了教师教学发展组织建设。当前,随着网络信息技术迅猛发展,虚拟组织以其可以突破时空界限,强有力的资源整合优势等,对于探索教师教学发展组织建设,具有重要的参考与借鉴价值。
The teaching development of university faculty is a major strategy to ensure university quality and support university teaching reform. In recent years,different universities have successively set up substantive organizations to support and serve university faculty's teaching development. However,there are some self-limitations in the traditional substantive organizations which can impact and restrict the organizational construction for improving teaching.Currently,with the rapid development of network information technology,virtual organization,with its advantages of breakthrough of space-time limit and powerful resources integration,has an important reference value for exploring the organizational construction for teaching development.
