嵌入型:教师教育实践性课程实施路径探析 被引量:11

摘要 审思实践性课程的价值取向,其终极目的在于生成未来教师教育教学显性化的知识技能体系与缄默性的智慧体系。然而,检视当下教师教育课程实施现状,以见习与实习为主体的实践性教学环节成为实践教育课程的普遍模式,其结果出现了教师教育课程设置两张皮、培养模式单一化与教学模式理论化现象。在卓越教师培养的价值取向下,实现课程体系、实践教学、实践基地、教师、学生五要素有机统一,形成嵌入型实践性课程实施模式,应成为教师教育改革的必然选择。 The ultimate goal of the practical curriculum is to generate the knowledge system and the silence wisdom system of the future teacher in teaching process. However,from the current situation of the implementation of teacher education curriculum,it appears the emergence of teachers education curriculum course offered two skin,single training model and theoretical teaching model,because the trainee and practice of teaching as the main part of the practical teaching courses becomes a universal model of practical education courses. Under the value orientation of excellent teachers' training,it become the inevitable choice of teacher education reform that form the mode of embedded practical curriculum under organic unity of teacher education of curriculum,teaching,base,teachers and students.
