教师领导方式对学生责任心养成影响的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 教师领导方式是指在教育活动中,教师引领学生完成既定目标时表现出来的态度、行为倾向。它作为环境中的一种重要情境因素,可引导学生的感知,影响其态度与行为;也可通过影响班级气氛、群体认同等而进一步影响学生的态度、行为与动机。且不同领导方式的领导效能有不同。为此,本研究通过实证调查以对教师的变革型领导及交易型领导在学生责任心养成中的作用进行了比较研究。结果显示,两种领导方式都影响中学生的责任心,但变革型领导的积极影响力大于交易型领导。 The teacher leadership style refers to the attitude and behavior tendency that teachers show when they lead students to achieve their stated goals in educational activities. As an important situational factor in the environment,it can guide students 'perception and influence their attitudes and behaviors. It can also further influence students 'attitudes,behaviors and motives by influencing the class atmosphere and group identity. The leadership effectiveness of different leadership styles is different. For this reason,this study makes a comparative study of the role of teachers 'transformational leadership and transactional leadership in the development of students' responsibility through empirical investigation. The results show that both teachers ' leadership styles affect the responsibility of middle school students,and the positive influence of transformational leadership is greater than that of transactional leadership.
