摘要
本文通过对韩国研究生教育及其质量评估体系建设的研究,发现韩国政府、高校、市场在研究生教育发展的不同阶段中扮演着恰当的角色、各司其职。它们做到共同治理、有效合作,已形成一套多方协同参与的动态管理机制。在很多方面,对我国研究生教育乃至高等教育的改革具有借鉴意义。
This paper has studied the development of graduate education in Korea and its quality evaluation system construction. We found that the Korea government,schools and markets play their own appropriate role at different stages of graduate education development,carrying out their duties. They have done co-governance and effectively cooperate. A dynamic management mechanism with multi-party collaboratively participating has formed,with reference to the reform of China's graduate education and higher education in many aspects.
