摘要 硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H,S)是一种继一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、一氧化碳(carbonic OXide,CO)之后发现的新型气体信号分子,可参与调节人体多种生理和病理过程。内源性Hs主要由胱硫醚-β-合酶(cystathionine-β-synthase,CBS)、胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(cystathionine-γ-lyase,CSE)、以及巯基丙酮酸转移酶(3-mercapto-pyruvate sulfurtransferase,3-MST)以三一半胱氨酸为底物催化而来。H2S可广泛参与到心血管系统、消化系统、神经系统和呼吸系统等的调节过程中,具有广泛的生物学效应。肿瘤作为威胁人类健康的首要问题.一直受到广泛关注。最近有研究表明H1s可调控肿瘤的产生和迁移过程。 Hydrogen sulfide ( H2S ) is a new type of gas signaling molecule found after NO and CO. H2S participates in the regulation of various physiological and pathological processes in the human body. Endogenous H2S is mainly produced from L-cysteine by three enzymes: cystathionine-be- ta-synthase (CBS), cystathionine-gamma-lyase (CSE) and 3-mercapto-pyruvate sulfurtransferase (3-MST) . H2S is widely implicated in the regulation process of cardiovascular system, digestive system, nervous system and respiratory system. Cancer, as the primary threat to human health, has been widely concerned. Recent studies have shown that H2S can regulate the occurrence and devel-opment of tumors. This study will describe the current research progress of H2S in different tumors.
