高校基层党组织帮扶就业困难学生的实证研究

Practical Research on the Helping of Students With Difficulties in Employment by the University's Grassroots Party Organizations

重点对南昌航空大学某学院基层党组织在帮扶就业困难学生中所取得的成效进行实证研究,发现在学院党组织的帮扶下,2016和2017届就业困难学生的就业率有了明显的提升,但也存在着一些问题。为了更好地发挥高校党组织在帮扶就业困难学生中的作用,通过深入剖析学院党组织在帮扶就业困难学生中存在的问题,进一步从帮扶模式和帮扶机制两方面探索高校党组织帮扶就业困难学生的途径。

This paper focuses on the practical research on the achievements of the grassroots party organizations of a college of Nanchang Hangkong University in helping students with difficulties in employment. It is found that with the help of the party organization of the college,the employment rate of students with difficulties in employment in 2016 and 2017 has become obvious improvement,but there are also some problems. In order to give full play to the role of college party organizations in helping students with difficulties in employment,the author further analyzes the problems existing in the colleges to help students with employment difficulties,and further explores ways to help students with difficulties in employment by the grassroots party organizations of colleges and universities from the two aspects of assistance mode and assistance mechanism.
