白长川汗透泄截法论治外感发热性疾病经验

BAI Changchuan's Experiences in the Treatment of Exogenous Fever Disease with Sweating,Dispersing,Purging and Preventing Methods

外感发热性疾病是指感受六淫或疫毒而出现发热的一类病证。白长川将《温热论》和《伤寒论》理论融汇贯通,用于外感发热性疾病,提出了"汗""透""泄""截"四法。解表退热用汗法,伤寒温病均可汗,擅用麻黄;透散郁热用透法,伤寒温病均可透,妙用石膏配麻黄;给邪出路用泄法,上、中、下焦皆可泄;截断防传变用截法,温病截断在气分,伤寒截断在少阳。

Exogenous fever disease is a kind of disease that induced by six pathogenic factors and epidemic toxin. BAI Changchuan makes a comprehensive study of Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases（ 《温热论》） and Treatise on Febrile Diseases（ 《伤寒论》） theories,and applies it into the treatment of exogenous fever,and puts forward four therapeutic methods of ＂sweating＂,＂dispersing＂,＂purging＂and ＂preventing＂. Sweating method can be used to release the exterior and clear the heat,and to treat warm-heat disease and cold pathogenic disease,usually be applied with Herba Ephedrae. Dispersing method with Gypsum Fibrosum and Herba Ephedrae can resolve constraint and clear heat and treat warm-heat disease and cold pathogenic disease. Purging method can be used to dispel pathogen out of body and to discharge the upper,middle and lower jiao. Preventing method was used to prevent the transformation and development of diseases,including preventing warm-heat disease in qi and preventing cold pathogenic disease in shaoyang.
