能力本位：服装院校应用型人才培养的应然路径

Study on training applied talents of fashion colleges under the view of ability oriented

中国由服装制造大国走向服装强国，迫切需要大量应用技术型人才。针对当前我国服装行业进入转型升级新时代面临的应用型人才需求缺口，立足解决学校人才培养供给侧和行业需求侧“两张皮”问题，以江西服装学院为例，诠释了能力本位理念新内涵，提出构建新型能力本位导向的服装院校应用型人才培养模式及全方位产教协同机制，培养服装行业新业态下所需复合型人才。

As China moves from being a big garment manufacturer to being a strong garment country, it urgently needs a large number of technical talents. With the trend of clothing industry restructuring and upgrading in china, in order to solve the demand gap of applied talents in the new era, the paper based on solving the problem of ＂two skin＂ in the supply side of school training and the demand side of the industry. It takes Jiangxi Institute of fashion technology talent as an example： give new connotation of ability oriented in the new era,propose the new mode of application talents training and whole corporation of production and education for fashion colleges and universities, provide compound talents for the clothing industry under the new situation.
