Design of the Open-rolling Spade for High Strength in Hot-rolled Coil Sampler

摘要 简要介绍了用于热轧高强度钢卷取样的钢卷取样机工作原理、设备结构和部件功能,并对关键部件铲刀的受力情况进行了分析和探讨,从而对结构进行优化设计。并合理选材及热处理。有效提高铲刀的高温耐磨性能,满足多种钢种、高强度、厚规格的钢板取样作业。 This paper briefly introduces the working pr!nciple, structure and function of the steel coil sampler machine for the sampling of hot rolled high strength steel rolls, and analyzes and discusses the force situation of the key parts of the spade, thus optimizing the design of the sampler structure, selecting the material and heat treatment rationally, and effectively improving the high temperature wear resistance of the blade, and satisfying the high temperature and wear resistance of the blade. It can meet the needs of sampling work of various kinds of steel, high strength and thick steel plates.
