摘要
采用经典孔型的皮尔格冷轧机进行轧制,经常出现轧件表面质量较差和轧辊开裂的情况。由于轧制过程较为复杂,理论计算难以实现轧制过程数值分析,所以本文采用Solid Works对轧机以及轧件建模并使用ABAQUS仿真分析。本文对实际生产中的皮尔格冷轧管机轧制过程进行了仿真分析,得到其轧制规律、成品管质量缺陷和轧辊开裂的原因。提出新的孔型设计理念并建模仿真,得出新型孔型在轧辊强度和轧件质量上的优势。
A factory produced a pipe with square-profile and round-hole by cold rolling mill Pilger. But in the rolling process, the product got poor surface quality and cracks appeared in the roller. In this article, SolidWorks has been used to set up the rolling model and ABAQUS has been used to simulate the whole rolling process. Through simulating cold rolling process of special-shaped pipe, we obtained the data about deformation rules, product quality and roller damage. Then we redesigned a new groove, set up a new model and simulated rolling process in order to get better quality of roller and product.
