本文通过分析覆膜铁产品生产的特点,对废边卷取设备中的卷取机构、剪刀形式和上料机构的结构和性能进行了研制与优化。改进后的废边卷取设备提高了生产效率,并消除了原设备存在的安全隐患,能够很好的满足宝钢镀锡线新建覆膜铁机组的特殊生产工艺要求。
