摘要 某公司300MW发电机组担负着全公司50%以上的供电负荷,当机组发生跳机时,将严重影响公司其他兄弟单位的稳定生产。本文重点介绍300WM燃煤发电机组在日常运行中发生热控测点设备故障,造成机组误动事故,以及通过事故分析,如何对逻辑进行优化,降低机组误动几率,从而提高发电机组运行稳定性。该公司自机组保护逻辑优化以来,未发生一起因热控测点故障造成的误动事故,机组运行稳定。 In a company 300MW generating set is responsible for more than 50% of all the power supply load. When the unit jumps, it will seriously affect the stable production of other companies in the company. The fault of the 300WM coal-fired power generating set in the daily operation is mainly introduced, causing the maloperation of the unit. Through the accident analysis, optimizing the logic, reducing the probability of the unit maloperation, and thus the stability of the generator set is improvd. Since the protection logic optimization of the unit, there has not been a malfunction accident caused by the fault of the thermal control measuring point, and the unit runs stably.
