The fault information of 60MW generator rotors under one point grounding was reported. According to the procedures ,this problem need to cheek and deal with on time~ Aiming at these problems, this paper analysis the generator rotor fault diagnosis and repair process, focusing on the means of detection and repair steps, tooling and difficulties, forming a maintenance base, breaking the maintenance manufacturers monopoly. providing convenience for the similar fault diagnosis and maintenance of the long period operation.
