精轧机增速箱在运行过程中会引起振动,通过对增速箱的振动响应信号的采集、转换、分析、判断,可预测设备早期运行状态,及早发现设备潜在故障,为设备问题故障处理、状态维修做好依据;推进设备预知管理工作全面开展,达到减少故障、节能效的目的。

The vibration will be caused in the running proeess of the precision mill speed-increasing box. By collecting, converting, analyzing and judging the vibration response signal of the speed-increasing box, the early running stale of the equipment can be predicted, the potential failure of the equipment can be detected as early as possible, so as to provide a good basis for equipment fault treatment and state maintenance.
