IgG4-related disease is an autoimmune disease with unknown etiology discovered recently. IgG4-positive lymphocyte infiltration, storiform fibrosis and obliterative phlebitis are the main hlstopathological manifestations, and IgG4-related ophthalmic disease is usually taken as the disease name when the ocular adnexal is involved. This paper describes the typical clinical manifestations, histopathology and imaging features of IgG4-related ophthalmic disease, and introduces the advance in diagnosis and treatment of IgG4- related ophthalmic disease.
