高等教育强国视域下本科教育的价值意蕴与建设路径

The Value Implication and Construction Path of Undergraduate Education:From the Perspective of Powerful Country of Higher Education

本科教育是高等教育的基础,高水平本科教育是高等教育强国的重要标识。建立高水平本科教育体系,不断提高本科教育质量,推动高等教育内涵式发展,是中国从高等教育大国走向高等教育强国的必然要求和必经之路。建设高水平本科教育需要确立系统思维,既要做加法,也要做减法,应树立多元共生的质量观并激发大学及教师提高本科教育质量的内生动力,应坚持以人为本的制度创新。

Undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education. Excellent undergraduate education is an important symbol of powerful country of higher education. Establishing an excellent undergraduate education system, continuously improving the quality of undergraduate education, and promoting the connotative development of higher education are the inevitable requirements and the only way for China to move from a big country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education. To build excellent undergraduate education, it is necessary to establish a systematic thinking, set up a quality concept of multi-coexistence and stimulate the endogenous motive force of university and faculties to improve the quality of undergraduate education.
