Progress in ultrasonography of carpal tunnel syndrome

腕管综合征(CTS)是种常见周围神经卡压综合征。腕部超声的准确性已被证实,通过超声对腕横韧带、扁平率、正中神经的横截面积和血流状况的测量,提高了CTS的诊断的准确性。超声检查相较于其他检查更方便、快捷。其不仅可以利用超声检查在术前观测腕管解剖结构的改变,以便医生术前预判和术后的复查观测,而且超声实时引导作用也使CTS的治疗更加安全、快捷。本文主要从超声在CTS的诊断和治疗中的作用等方面论述了其相关研究进展。

Carpal tunnel syndrome （CTS） is a common peripheral nerve compression syndrome. The accuracy of wrist ultrasound has been confirmed, and the accuracy of the diagnosis of CTS is improved through the measurement of the transverse carpal ligament, the flattening rate, the median cross-sectional area of the median nerve, and the blood flow status of the median nerve. Ultrasound examination is more convenient and quicker than other examinations. It is not only possible to use ultrasound to observe changes in carotid anatomy before surgery, so that doctors can pre-judgment and post-operative review, and ultrasound real-time guidance also makes CTS safer and faster. This article discusses the related research progress from the aspects of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of CTS.
