波纹管型自调式节流制冷器抗振优化设计

Anti-vibration optimization design of self-regulated J-T coolers with bellows

摘要 针对某型号用波纹管型自调式节流制冷器的调节器进行结构分析,确定波纹管是结构中在振动条件下的薄弱环节。在不牺牲制冷器性能的前提下对其两端进行限位设计,提高其抗振能力。利用有限元分析软件进行力学仿真分析,最后通过试验验证,证明优化设计后的节流制冷器在抗振方面有了很大的提高。 Based on the structure analysis of self - regulated J - T coolers with bellows, it was determined that the bellows were the vulnerable spot during the vibration. Without sacrificing the performance of J - T coolers, the design of structure which both ends of bellow were fixed or supported improved the vibration resistance of J - T coolers. It was proved to be effective by the optimized structure simulation analysis and the product verification test.
