用MgB_4初始粉末制备MgB_2超导体的研究

摘要 MgB2的超导体用MgB_4初始粉的质量直接影响MgB_2的性能,因此研究MgB_4初始粉的制备至关重要。通过改变初始镁粉的纯度、粒径、烧结温度、烧结时间等因素改进MgB_4的制备工艺,探究制备MgB2超导体先驱粉高纯MgB_4的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,烧结温度和时间都会影响MgB_4的纯度;初始镁粉粒径会影响最终制备的样品中MgB_4的纯度及形貌;而初始镁粉纯度对实际生成的MgB_4纯度和形貌影响不大,故选用价格相对便宜的低纯度镁粉制备MgB_4,可大大降低制备成本。 The quality of MgB4 initial powder greatly affects the performance of MgB2superconductor, so it is very important to study the preparation of MgB4 powder. The preparation technology of MgB4 was improved by changing the purity, particle size, sintering temperature and sintering time of the magnesium powder, and the optimum technological conditions for preparing MgB2 superconductor precursor powder were explored. The results show that sintering temperature and time affect the purity of MgB4 ; the particle size of initial magnesium powder impacts on the purity and morphology of MgB4 ;and the purity of initial magnesium pow- der affectes the purity and morphology of MgB4. Therefore, low - purity magnesium powder with relatively low price can be used to prepare MgB4 , which greatly reduces the preparation cost.
