摘要
针对一种新型翅片管式尾气换热器建立了三维仿真模型,研究新型翅片管式尾气换热器的换热和阻力性能,将实验值与模拟值进行对比,误差在10%以内,验证了模型的可靠性。采用控制变量法对不同空气流量和温度下翅片管式尾气换热器的换热和阻力性能进行了研究,在此工况下比较不同翅片厚度对尾气换热器流动与换热性能的影响。
A three -dimensional simulation model was established for a new finned tube exhaust heat exchanger. The heat transfer and resistance performance of the new finned tube exhaust heat exchanger were studied. The experimental value was com- pared with the simulated value, with an error of less than 10% which was verified for the reliability of the model. The resistance and heat transfer of finned heat exchanger at different air flow and temperatures was studied. Based on the condition, the influ- ences of different fin thickness on the flow and heat - transfer of the exhaust heat exchanger were studied.
