摘要
本文结合涡流管性能测试实验台,研究了进气湿度对涡流管性能的影响。测试了当进气压力分别为0.7MPa与0. 65MPa时,进气湿度对冷流率、冷端温度效应、制冷量、热端温度效应、制热量的影响。结果表明随着进气湿度的增加,涡流管的性能会下降,冷热两端的特性都会降低。但湿度小于30%时其损失较小,而大于40%时其分离效果下降明显。
An eddy current tube performance test bench was used to study the effect of intake humidity on the performance of the vortex tube. The effects of intake air humidity on cold flow rate, cold end temperature, cooling capacity, hot end tempera- ture, and heating capacity were tested when the inlet pressure was 0.7MPa and 0.65MPa. The results show that as the intake air humidity increases, the performance of the vortex tube will decrease and the characteristics of both ends will decrease. However, the loss is less when the humidity is less than 30% and the performance is significantly lower than 40%.
