省级政府高等教育统筹研究的回顾与展望

Retrospect and Prospect on Provincial Government Coordinating Higher Education Research

以CiteSpace科学知识图谱为分析工具,对省级政府统筹高等教育研究的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化文献分析,展现了省级政府统筹高等教育研究的作者和研究机构的分布特点,以及研究热点的演进历程。结果显示:研究者呈分散特点,领域内尚无成规模的作者群;研究机构以高等教育研究部门为主;研究热点早期较为集中,后期呈多样化发展特点。未来应从省级政府高等教育统筹权演变的脉络与政策效果,国内各省份履行省级高等教育统筹权的实践进展及现实困境,省级高等教育统筹中的责任、权力、利益分配的制度优化,以及省级高等教育统筹中的权力、能力、效力一体化设计等方面,展开研究,进一步深化省级高等教育统筹研究的思路。

In order to show the distribution characteristics of authors,the research institutions and the evolution of research hotspots,we analysis the authors,research institutions and key words of provincial government coordinating higher education researches visually by using Cite Space science knowledge graph. The results show that the researchers are decentralized distributed with no large-scale author groups;the research institutions are mainly composed by higher education research departments;the research hotpots are concentrated in the early stage,and diversified in the later stage. The task of strengthening the provincial government coordinating higher education in the new epoch is more arduous. In the future,we should launch researches based on the evolution and policy effect of the power of provincial government coordination,the practical progress and the practical dilemma of the provinces to execute the power,the optimization of the system of the responsibility,power and benefit distribution,to deepen the research route.
