"一带一路"倡议牵引着我国沿线经济社会的快速发展,牵动整体国际化发展进程。高等教育作为"一带一路"共生系统中的重要环节,以人才培养为基点,形成了同沿线经济、文化、科技发展的共生机制。在共生系统理论的指引下,我国高等教育要同国际接轨,进行人才共育、协同发展、交流协作,探索多维领域、多方联动的共生机制。地区高等教育需要不断强化标准建设,积极推动供给侧结构性改革,不断提升高等院校内涵建设,以组织平台建设为抓手,探索多元化的合作模式。

The ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative has led to the rapid economic and social development along the countries and has influenced the overall international development process. As an important link in the＂Belt and Road＂symbiosis system,higher education has taken the cultivation of talents as the starting point,forming a symbiotic mechanism for economic,cultural,and technological development along the route. Under the guidance of the symbiosis system theory,our country＇s higher education should be in line with international standards,carry out talented person education,coordinated development,exchanges and cooperation,and explore the symbiotic mechanism of multi-dimensional fields and multi-party linkages. Regional higher education needs to continuously strengthen the construction of standards, actively promote supply-side structural reforms,continuously improve the connotation of higher education institutions,and use organization platform construction as the starting point to explore diversified cooperation models.
