摘要
一些教师在成功晋升教授职称后,创新懈怠现象明显,创新成果出现断崖式下跌,进一步的实证分析表明高校教师职称晋升与创新懈怠之间存在显著的负相关关系。缓解教师创新懈怠、激励高级职称教师持续创新,管理者应从摒弃目的性和功利性科研创新、为"凤凰涅槃"提供足够的时间和空间,净化学术蓝天、完善职称晋升评价体系、合理界定学术论文在评价体系中的权重,加大组织支持力度、调动教师创新激情,提升教师对组织的支持感和认同感、激活教师创新欲望等方面入手。
The phenomenon of the innovative sluggishmes is distinct, and the results are becoming worse and worse these days. The further study proved that the proessional promotion has significantly negative relationship with the innovation sluggishness. The proposals are as olows:to promote the innovative ability,we should improve the innovaton environment,set up a more reasonable assessment system of research papers,improve the evaluaton system of proessional promoton and inspire the teachers' desire of innovaton through enhancing their organizational identification.
