摘要 学术型研究生创新能力强弱是影响我国科研水平及创新型国家目标实现的重要因素,因而如何科学评价学术型研究生创新能力就成为一个重要的研究问题。考虑到个体优势差异,区别于专业型研究生培养,围绕创新意识、知识基础、创新技能和创新成果四个方面构建学术型研究生创新能力评价指标体系,从最有利于每位被评价对象的角度设计基于直觉模糊数的个体优势特征识别及评析方法,能够客观、有效评价每位学术型研究生创新能力水平和特征,也有助于因材施教,避免千人一面。 The innovation ability of academic postgraduates is an important factor affecting the level of scientific research and the realization of innovation-oriented country in China. How to scientifically evaluate the innovation ability of academic postgraduates has become an important research problem. Considering the difference of individual advantages,different from the professional postgraduates training,the evaluation index system of academic postgraduates innovation ability is built around the four aspects of innovation consciousness,knowledge base,innovation skill and innovation achievement,and a kind of individual advantage characteristic recognition and analysis method based on intuitionistic fuzzy number is designed from the point of each subject. The research can objectively and effectively evaluate the level and characteristics of each academic graduate's innovation ability,help to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and avoid the one-sidedness of a thousand people.
