巷道再造工程技术在破碎矿柱回采中的应用

摘要 铜坑矿为了解决破碎矿柱中垮塌变形巷道再造的技术难题,提出同心跟管钻进联合高压注浆技术,采用分段空场嗣后充填法实现破碎矿柱安全高效回采。以203#破碎矿柱为实例,详述了同心跟管钻进联合高压注浆技术及技术工艺过程、注浆孔布置、主要注浆参数。实践表明:同心跟管钻进联合高压注浆技术的应用,提高破碎矿柱的整体性和自承能力,增强了回采作业的安全性,具备工程的可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the reengineering technology problems for collapse and deformation of mine roadway in broken pillar of the Tongkeng mine, xhe combined technology of concentric simultaneous casing drilling and high-pressure grouting was proposed. The broken pillar was exploited safely and efficiently by using the method of sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfill. Taking the 203#broken pillar as an example, the combined technology of concentric simultaneous casing drilling and high-pressure grouting was described in detail, as well as its technical process, grouting hole layout, and main grouting parameters. Practice showed that the application of the new technology improved the integrity and bearing capacity of the broken pillar, enhanced the safety of mining operation, and had the feasibility and effectiveness of engineering.
