Research on Mine Environment Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things Technology

摘要 针对矿井环境恶劣和传统信号有线传输的现状,研发了一种基于物联网技术的矿井环境监测系统。系统由井下ZigBee无线传感器网络节点、路由器、协调器和井上监控上位机组成。无线传感器节点构成树状网络拓扑结构,实时采集井下瓦斯、一氧化碳、温湿度等现场数据,并将数据传送给监测上位机。系统可扩展视频数据采集功能,实现对矿井现场作业情况的实时监测。井上管理人员只需在联网的终端操作监控界面即可实现与井下的信息交互和现场监控。测试结果表明,系统监测数据准确,实时性和稳定性好。 In view of the poor environment in the mine and the existing situation of conventional wired signals transmission, a kind of mine environment monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology was developed. The system was composed of ZigBee wireless sensor network node, router, coordinator and monitoring host computer on the ground. The wireless sensor nodes formed the tree-like network topology, which could collect the underground gas, carbon monoxide, temperature, humidity and other field data in time and transmit the data to the monitoring host computer. The system also could expand the funetion of video data acquisition to realize real-time monitoring of mine site operation situation. The managers on the ground only need to operate the monitoring interface on the client side of network to realize the information interaction and field monitoring with underground. The test results showed that the monitoring data of the system was accurate, real-time and stable.
