摘要
"教师专业素养"内涵的界定在很大程度上反映了教育教学理念。该文以改革开放以来我国学者对"教师专业素养"的内涵界定为逻辑起点,运用Nvivo11质性分析软件分析国家政策对教师专业素养要求的变迁。研究发现:根据已有政策分析来看,在不同发展阶段,国家政策对教师专业素养的要求不同。同时,预计未来国家政策在教师专业发展方面,会注重教师教育信息化、教师学科教学素养、教师专业意识等方面政策的制定与完善。具体而言,国家政策会进一步注重以下三方面政策的制定:一是建立教育信息化效益的评价机制,二是在教师继续教育阶段,制定规范化的学科教学素养培养体系,三是在教师资格认证制度中,更加关注教师专业意识。
The definition of "teacher's professionalism" reflects the education teaching philosophy to a great extent. Taking the connotation of "teacher's professionalism" defined by Chinese scholars from the reform and opening up as the logical starting point, this paper analyzed the changes of national policy on requirement of teacher's professionalism. The research found out that per the analysis of the existing policy, it has different requirement on teacher's professionalism at different development stage. Meanwhile, in the future, China, in the perspective of teacher's professional development, is expected to pay more attention on formulation and improvement of policy on informatization of teacher education, teacher's subject teaching quality and teacher's professional awareness. Specifically, China will further lay emphasis on the policy formulation in three aspects: first of all, establishing the evaluation mechanism on benefit of educational informatization; secondly, formulating a standardized cultivation system for subject teaching quality in continuing education for teachers; thirdly, focusing on teacher's professional awareness in certification system of teaching qualification.
