摘要
关联主义慕课(Connectivist Massive Online Open Course,cMOOC)是以学习者为中心的新型教学方法,强调各节点或信息源之间的连接,认为学习过程是从无序到有序状态的转变过程。该文基于关联主义的知识观、学习观和实践观,构建了基于关联主义MOOC的翻转课堂的三阶段教学模式,分别为学习资源构建、互动建立连接和实践强化连接,并以管理学课程为例,通过关联主义MOOC增强学生对管理学与其他课程之间知识点连接的理解,将MOOC与翻转课堂进行了结合授课,进而以问题导学策略为手段,帮助学生确认节点,建立关联,最终强化连接,使每位学生形成自己的学习网络。最后对该模式实施后的效果进行分析,总结了应用该模式进行教学的策略建议。
Connectivist massive online open course is a new teaching mode centered on the learner, emphasizing the link between the nodes or the sources of information. The process of learning is a process from disorder to orderly state. Based on the concept of knowledge, learning and practice of Connectivism, the flipping class teaching model based on MOOC is constructed, which are the construction of learning resources, the establishment of the connection and the practice of strengthening the connection, and the management courses are taken as an example,the MOOC and the flipped class were taught in combination to enhance the students' understanding of the connection between management and other courses, and the strategy of problem guidance is used as a means to help students identify nodes, establish connections, and finally strengthen the connection, so that each student can form a learning network. Finally, the effect of this mode is analyzed, and the strategies and suggestions for applying this model to teaching are summarized.
