红核妇洁洗液GC-FID指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的有效控制红核妇洁洗液质量。方法采用气相色谱法(GC-FID),以HP-5(聚二甲基硅氧烷)石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);程序升温:炉温60℃保持5 min,5℃·min^(-1)升至200℃保持5 min,5℃·min^(-1)升至220℃保持5 min,3℃·min^(-1)升至260℃保持10 min,进样口温度260℃,进样量1μL。以中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件(2004A版)生成指纹图谱。以对照品归属各共有指纹峰。结果 15批红核妇洁洗液有9个共有指纹峰,各相似度均在0.95以上。方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱建立要求,各共有指纹峰相对保留时间RSD <1.6%,相对峰面积RSD <5.0%。共有指纹峰为糠醛、苯酚、2-甲基苯酚、愈创木酚、2-甲氧基-4-甲基苯酚、1,2,3-三甲氧基苯、3,4,5-三甲氧基甲苯、2,6-二甲氧基苯酚、四氯愈创木酚。结论 15批红核妇洁洗液的GC指纹图谱特征性强、重复性好,可用于红核妇洁洗液的质量控制。 Objective To establish an Gas chromatography(GC)-FID fingerprint of Hong-he-fu-jie lotion and provide basis for its quality evaluation. Methods GC was performed on an HP-5(polydimethylsiloxane) quartz capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm). The program temperature was as follows: oven temperature 60 ℃ for 5 min, 5 ℃·min^-1 rose to 200 ℃ for 5 min, 5 ℃·min^-1 to 220 ℃ for 5 min, 3 ℃·min^-1 to 260 ℃ for 10 min.The inlet temperature was 260 ℃ and the sample volume was 1 μL. A fingerprint was generated using the similarity evaluation software for chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine(2004 A edition). The reference fingerprints belonged to the common fingerprint peaks. Results GCFID fingerprint of Hong-he-fu-jie lotion was established. The similarity of 15 batches of samples was above 0.95, 33 common peaks were calibrated, and 9 common peaks were furfural, phenol, 2-methylphenol, guaiacol, 2-methoxy-4-methylphenol, 1, 2, 3-trimethoxybenzene, 3, 4, 5-trimethoxytoluene, 2, 6-dimethoxyphenol, and tetrachloroguaiacol. Conclusion The method is stable, accurate, and reproducible, and can provide a basis for the quality control of Hong-he-fu-jie lotion.
