摘要 目的建立凤尾草的质量控制方法。方法采用显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别对凤尾草进行定性鉴别;依据《中国药典》2015年版四部相关方法,对凤尾草的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物进行测定;采用HPLC法测定凤尾草中木犀草苷的含量。结果凤尾草粉末的显微特征明显,薄层色谱斑点清晰;凤尾草水分为9.4%~13.7%,总灰分为9.2%~13.6%,酸不溶性灰分为4.5%~8.4%,浸出物为11.3%~27.6%;木犀草苷的含量为0.05%~0.36%。结论该方法可为凤尾草的质量标准提供实验依据。 Objective To establish the quality control method for Pteris multifida. Methods Pteris multifida was indentified by microscope and TLC methods. According to the Chinese Pharmacopeia (2015 edition, volume 4), moisture, total ash, acid-unsoluble ash and ethanol soluble extracts were determined. The content of luteoloside was tested by HPLC. Results Microscopic characteristics ofPteris multifida were obvious. The spot of TLC was clear in the ten sample batches. The content of moisture was 9.4% - 13.7%, that of total ash was 9.2% - 13.6%, that of acid- unsoluble ash was 4.5% - 8.4%, that of ethanol soluble extracts was 11.3% - 27.6%, and that of luteoloside was 0.05% - 0.36%. Conclusion The method provides an experimental basis for the quality control ofPteris multifida.
